Nursery Pics
Thanks to my lovely sister who has helped me out so much these past 2 weeks the nursery is all done! She has done everything for me since she has been here which has been really nice. I definitely owe her for all she has done.
We are debating whether to hang the pictures with ribbon or leave them how they are..what do you think?
Last Saturday my mom, grama, and sister threw me a shower. It was so fun and the food was yummy. This baby has definitely been spoiled and she isn't even here yet. We have truly been blessed by family and friends.
Last Sunday we went to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Broadcast it was awesome but the weather was horrible! Poor Jared is still on crutches hopefully on Monday when we go to the doctor he will tell us he can put some pressure on his leg.
My sister took this beautiful picture of the temple and the snow storm.
Finally my sister took some pictures of me at 38 weeks prego..

Crib and Bedding
This is for you sister.. We finally got the crib thanks to my wonderful parents who bought it and set it up for us.

I made this magnet board a couple of months ago hoping it would match the bedding and it matches perfectly. I'm so excited to finally start decorating now I just need that someone to help me but she lives so far away!! I can't believe there is only 4 weeks left its crazy how these last couple of weeks have gone by so fast! I'll post more pictures once everything is decorated.

Always getting hurt
I swear Jared has the worse luck when it comes to playing sports and injuries. The first year we were married he got stitches 4 times. Last year we were lucky and didn't have any injuries. This year Jared decides it would be fun to tear his ACL. He did this while playing flag football. Second game of the season. He was totally bummed! We thought maybe he just twisted his knee, but after weeks of pain he finally decided to go to the doctor. He not only tore his ACL but he also tore his miniscus, and tore the cartilage around the knee, which we requires surgery to fix. So last Friday he went under and the knee is now fixed. Now just a long road of recovery ahead!

For the past week he has been laying around the house trying to get better. He does this machine constantly to hopefully recover faster. He can't put any weight on his foot for 6-8 weeks so that means crutches. We are just hoping his is off crutches before the baby is born.
I'm now at 35 weeks I'm feeling pretty good just tired from working and having to take care of Jared since he can't do anything! Hopefully all this won't put me into labor any sooner.

Halloween Fun
We had an awesome Halloween this year. We started out a week before with carving pumpkins with Travis and Addie. It was a lot of work but always a good time! Addie and I decided to throw a Halloween party since this will be our last Halloween here in Utah for quite sometime. We invited a bunch of people, everyone required to dress up. We played a bunch of games which the girls dominated at! It was definitely a fun night!
The boys playing the donut game...the girls got lucky and talked our way out of it!!I'm now 32 weeks pregnant. I have felt pretty good except for this dizziness spell that is cursing me. It's the worst feeling in the world. I'm hoping it won't stay around for too long. I have my first shower on Saturday and I'm so excited to start getting stuff for this little girl!

A Surprise trip to Kansas City
Before my sister came out to live in Kansas City with her hubby, Jared and I decided to surprise Tara with me coming out with Jared to his interview at KCUMB.
So she came to the airport to pick him up on Wednesday night and I followed right behind him. It was so exciting!

Me and Jerry after the big interview, he said it went really well!
Thursday we went to Zona Rosa which is a big outdoor mall and Tara tried to capture my pregnant self! She is a fabulous photographer.
Me at 28 weeks!
Friday we woke up and went to Liberty Jail and Independence.
Being in the area and seeing how small of a space these 5 men were in for 4 months in the dead of winter really makes you appreciate their sacrifices.

In front of the Community of Christ Temple in Independence. It was very interesting inside. They had a bunch of artifacts from Joseph and Emma Smith.
It was very cold and windy!
That night we all went to The Plaza in downtown Kansas City. This is a ritzy area of Missouri. Very nice stores!
Sister and I in front of one of the many fountains!
We ate at Jack Stacks BBQ- it was very delicious!
Sister and Seth enjoying their Ribs
This bull became a very funny inside joke!
Saturday morning listening to conference and playing Ticket to Ride..a new favorite game!
We spent Saturday afternoon at The Legends also a very nice shopping area in Kansas.
Tara always has her camera ready to take pictures!
We had a blast and don't want to come home!
